In order to best meet your wishes, we have put together 4 standard packages.
The packages range from a basic and cheapest package (Level 1) to the Level 4 package, which is the most extensive and most expensive package. But even for this most expensive package you only pay about € 1.00 per day.

You choose the package that makes you feel comfortable and we will take care of the rest.
All packages are also negotiable and can be adapted to your wishes. If the packages are adjusted, we will provide you with a correct price adjustment if this proves necessary.

What exactly do these keyholding tasks entail in Almeria?

Keyholding: Managing and safely storing your house keys and alarm codes in a key safe. Your keys are stored in code so that they cannot be traced back to an address.

Inspection round once a month: Everything in and around the house is inspected for any defects or damage.

Operation of roller shutters and sun blinds: The roller shutters and sun blinds are tested for operation.

Water (leakage) and electricity check: Visual check of water damage and the correct functioning of indoor and outdoor lighting if present.

Flushing sinks and toilets: All sinks, sinks, taps, outdoor taps and toilets are flushed for at least 5 minutes to prevent legionella bacteria and unpleasant odors and dirty water.

Extra check in the event of a storm: If there has been a storm, we do an extra check to ensure there is no damage. This will then be reported and it will be indicated whether additional actions are required.

Ventilating the home: Upon arrival, all windows and doors are opened during the time we are present.

Damage assessment: A report is drawn up for each damage and we will communicate any actions to be taken to you.

Swimming pool inspection: Visually checking the swimming pool and, if desired, switching on the filter system as long as we are present in the home. Cleaning the pool before arrival can be an additional option. We engage a third party for this (*).

Pest control: If pests are discovered, we will report this, if there is a pest, a professional company can be hired at your request (*).

Extra control check, twice a year: This includes an extra check twice a year at your request. You must clearly indicate whether these checks are desired.

Shopping: we can provide a stocked refrigerator. This is an extra VIP service, and the cost of groceries + 15% will be charged.

Presence during work: If work needs to be carried out on your home or garden, we can be present during this work for a maximum of 2 hours per month. Additional hours can be performed upon quote and approval.

Car service: If you have a car in the parking lot at your home, we can start it during each visit so that the battery is replenished.
